In accordance to the belief in the importance of supporting and reinforcing young Bahraini competencies in the field of entrepreneurship and reflect their efforts and role, the initiative "Bahraini Female Entrepreneur Honour Seal." It was launched by edict 10 for 2011 as an encouraging initiative to support and motivate young Bahraini females in entrepreneurship and honor their contribution to creating a supporting economic environment.

Goals of the initiative:

• Honor outstanding young Bahraini females in the field of entrepreneurship.

• Encourage outstanding young Bahraini females in entrepreneurship field.

• Spread the culture of pioneering spirit among young females and motivate their creativity.

• Activate partnership between the Supreme Council for Women and civil society institutions.

• Reinforce economic empowerment for women to achieve the goals of the National Plan for the Advancement of Bahraini Women.

• Shed the light on successful experiences of young female entrepreneurs.

• Shed the light on the economic and investment sectors in the Kingdom.

Targeted Categories:

• Young Bahraini females who are pioneers in private economic institutions and have excelled in performing their social responsibility.
