Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa Wife of His Majesty the King of Bahrain President of the Supreme Council for Women
Her Royal Highness was born in the city of Muharraq, the palace of her late grandfather, Sh. Mohammed bin Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa. Her Royal Highness grew up in Riffa under the care of her late grandfather, Sh. Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Her mother, Sh. Fatima bint Salman Al Khalifa is the eldest daughter of His Highness Shaikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the former ruler of Bahrain. Her Royal Highness married His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in 1968. They have four children (three sons and one daughter); the eldest is His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, born in October 1969.
