HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa attends the second edition of the Hospital Schools Art Exhibition “3alimny 2”: 21 November 2024

Her Highness Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa, Consort of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), today attended the second edition of the Hospital School Students Art Exhibition “3alimny 2”, organised by the Bahrain Trust Foundation at the Safeya Ali Kanoo Hub.
HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah recognised the unwavering support of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), for ensuring educational opportunities for all Bahrainis, regardless of their circumstances.
HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah commended the creativity and talent of Bahraini students, which further the Kingdom’s art sector.
HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah underscored the significance of the exhibition in nurturing the artistic potential of young Bahraini students, enriching their knowledge, and fostering their creativity and competitiveness.
HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah expressed her pride in the quality of artworks and such exhibitions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah emphasised the importance of continuing these initiatives, which inspire generations of creativity and provide a platform for young talent to flourish.
The exhibition showcased a diverse collection of artistic portraits and creations by young students from hospital schools, who despite their health challenges, demonstrated exceptional talent through their distinctive artistic paintings. The exhibition also featured specialised training workshops for students.
This exhibition aligns with the Bahrain Trust Foundation’s mission to provide integrated therapeutic and educational services for students in hospital schools.
For her part, the Chairwoman of the Bahrain Trust Foundation, Dr. Fatima Al Balooshi, highlighted the exhibition’s role in enhancing the educational experiences of the hospital school students and empowering them with the skills and talent needed to excel creatively. She noted that the initiative aligns with the Foundation’s vision for the hospital micro-school projects aimed at creating an integrated and supportive educational environment for children facing health challenges.
Dr. Al Balooshi further extended her gratitude and appreciation to the Consort of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women, Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, for her unwavering support for the Foundation’s goals and initiatives. Dr Al Balooshi further expressed her appreciation to HH Shaikha Jawaher bint Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa for her presence at the launch of the exhibition and her commitment to the initiative.
The "3alimny 2" Hospital School Students Art Exhibition is part of the Bahrain Trust Foundation’s hospital micro-school initiative, which ensures children undergoing long-term medical treatment continue to receive a quality education.
