HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim congratulated by ministers
Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), received cables of congratulations from the ministers, on the 22nd anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Council for Women.
HRH Princess Sabeeka received cables from Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture; Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs; Yousef bin Abdulhussein Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs; Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfoor, Minister of Social Development; Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan, Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs; Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayyed Jawad Hasan, Minister of Health; Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Ma’awda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments; Amna bint Ahmed Al Romaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning; Noor bint Ali Al Khulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development and member of SCW; Fatima bint Jaffar Al Sairafi, Minister of Tourism; Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information; and Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce.
The ministers praised the role of HRH Princess Sabeeka in leading the SCW's efforts aimed at promoting women’s advancement across all fields, within the framework of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
They also commended the efforts of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in involving women in development plans as equal partners in the national process.
