HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister exchanges cables with HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from the Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, on the occasion of Bahraini Women's Day, which coincides with Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s Silver Jubilee, marking 25 years since HM the King’s accession to the throne.
Her Royal Highness commended the progress made by Bahraini women and their record of regional and international achievements across various fields. All of which would not be possible without the commitment and support of His Majesty the King, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to ensure that Bahraini women continue to have a prominent role in the Kingdom's national development.
Her Royal Highness highlighted the efforts of the government, headed by His Royal Highness, in cooperation with the SCW, to empower women.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister sent a cable of congratulations to HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, on the occasion, expressing his thanks and appreciation for the efforts of Her Royal Highness and the members of the SCW.
His Royal Highness noted the SCW's tireless efforts to enhance the status of Bahraini women and contribute to their progress towards more achievement and excellence.
HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa commended the role of Bahraini women and their contributions to serving the Kingdom in various sectors and their support of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty the King.
His Royal Highness highlighted the efforts of the SCW to further empower the women of Bahrain, and wished Bahraini women further progress and prosperity.
