Under patronage of HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim, Global Women Economic Forum to begin Monday

Under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), the Global Women Economic Forum and Exhibition will commence next Monday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bahrain Bay.
The event is organised by the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society to mark its silver jubilee, and will run until January 15.
The four day forum will feature five key discussion panels focusing on diverse topics: "Innovative Diplomacy: Women Shaping Legal Landscapes", " Future-Ready: AI’s Role in Shaping Education and Society ", " Investing in Security - The Future of Cyber Ventures & Transactions", " Inclusive Growth: Financial Strategies for Entrepreneurial Success ", and " Innovation: The Economic Impact of Creativity and Orange Economy".
Ahlam Yusuf Janahi, President of the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society, commended the sponsoring companies for their role in supporting the forum and exhibition. She noted that these companies, with their strong sense of national responsibility, recognised the importance of this global event in showcasing Bahrain’s achievements, serving the national economy, and supporting businesswomen in the Kingdom.
The exhibition will host 38 participants representing various services, business sectors, and companies from multiple countries, including notable Bahraini companies and outstanding businesswomen.
The forum will also feature approximately 50 speakers, selected based on criteria such as diversity, relevance, and their ability to contribute to the event’s objectives and topics of discussion.
